Orders placed by 12PM on weekdays and 11AM on Saturdays (local Toronto-time) are eligible for same day delivery. Business Delivery is guaranteed before 4PM and Residential Delivery before 6PM. When placing your online order, you can schedule your order for a future delivery date. We are closed and do not make deliveries on Sundays or Statutory Holidays. Please Contact Us directly to inquire about a timed delivery.
Scheduling a timed delivery requires at least 24 hours notice, excluding Sundays and Statutory Holidays, as we need to organize timed deliveries with our drivers. We will do our very best to meet requests, but we cannot guarantee timed deliveries on flower holidays, including Valentine's Day and Mother's Day due to the volume of deliveries. Please Contact Us directly to inquire about a timed delivery on a flower holiday.
When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture. Please remember that we work with a natural product and that each design is custom made. No two arrangements are exactly alike and colour and/or variety substitutions of flowers and containers may be necessary. Prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary. We buy flowers fresh daily from our suppliers. Therefore, occasionally a particular flower variety may be substituted for another flower that is of equal or of greater value.
Our professional staff of floral designers are always eager to discuss any special design or product requests. Some unique flower varieties may require 3 to 7 days lead time to ensure that they are available on the day that you need them. When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to your request.

For damaged product, a photo must be sent to email@example.com immediately after delivery has been successful (within 3 hours of the arrival) for credit requests claims to be considered.
We guarantee our flowers to thrive for 48 hours after flowers have been received, if following the instructions on our care card (found on the back of the delivery tag.) Some individual stems will outlast others, which is normal. If you are not satisfied with your flowers' longevity or quality you must send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery with a description and a photo before any credit request to be accepted or considered. Partial refunds may be issued for the value of the stems that have been affected, not the entire bouquet. Refunds are only issued in the form of a in-store credit to the customer for use towards future orders.
Cancellation requests must be submitted to us by email email@example.com. All orders for pickup and delivery must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the day of the original pickup and delivery date. An in-store credit will be issued for your use towards your next order.
