Our design space in the Junction is available for hourly or daily rental. An ideal studio workspace for creatives. No matter if you are using the studio for filming, meet-ups, production space, or to host workshops, the space offers a number of amenities that can make your vision come to life.

For filming, freelancers, and creatives interested in short-term rental, we also offer daily rates.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

For all rentals we require a proof of insurance certificate, as well as a signed copy of our rental agreement.

We require a 50% non refundable retainer for all rentals one week prior to the rental date with the balance due by the end of the rental.
