HOLIDAY DELIVERY POLICIES
PICKUP + DELIVERY TIMES: We cannot guarantee timed deliveries February 12th-14th due to the volume of deliveries couriers are handling through these dates. Please check our current hours if your plan is to visit us at our studio for your Valentine's Day flowers.
WINTER DELIVERY: All orders are packaged to handle winter delivery, however flowers and plants cannot be left outdoors in winter weather. Flowers cannot be left outside under 4° Celcius and plants cannot be left outside under 10° Celcius. Our products are perishable, and we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if okayed by either customer or recipient to be left outside. Please ensure recipient is available through the day to receive their delivery. The delivery may be left with a neighbour if no one is home.
RE-DELIVERY AND REPLACEMENT: Check your addresses carefully! Botany Floral Studio reserves the right to make corrections and to limit refunds and replacements if an address error is made. Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders and recipients being present at time of delivery. If the delivery is unsuccessful and a re-delivery is required, a fee of $18.00 for a Toronto address or $25.00 for a GTA address is required.
