TERMS + CONDITIONS OF HIRE

All props remain the property of Botany Floral Studio.

With booked wedding flower orders, full payment of props must be made at the time of the wedding flowers balance being paid.

Your initial deposit will be held until all props are returned in good condition as stipulated below.

With return of rental items, 50% of the full payment of hired props will be retured on the credit card provided with your order.

Should props be hired without flowers, payment may be made in advance or on collection.

For hire without flowers, credit card details must be left with us and the

replacement fee will be charged if the below stipulations are not met.

Props must be returned clean and ready to use. Dirty, missing or damaged items

will be charged on return. Original boxes must also be returned dry and complete.

Prices are for a seven day hire, including weekends and holidays.

Items hired items must be collected from and returned to our studio located at 626 College Street, Toronto,

unless otherwise requested.

Delivery, set-up, and pick-up of rental items are subject to additional fees.
